In Memory of a Beautiful Jeweller

Within the crescent of your jeweller’s bench,
Nothing of all the intricate things you made
More beautiful than the shining
Necklace of your laughter,

Linking the days. Within the days,

Nothing of any rarer,
More precious metal than were you,
Loving and strong and brave
And capable and true.
