About Kathryn Morley from Kilmodan Primary
I wanted to use the food words that we were learning and thought that a very hungry monster would be funny. We learned ‘monstre’ at Halloween time when we compared Halloween in Scotland to Halloween in France. I think it is important to make poems funny and I hope I can show the kids in our nursery and they can have fun singing it. They could even act it out with puppets and play food. It’s a good way for them to learn French. I think the song works well with the stop motion and I like it when the monster goes POP!
